He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Simmons and Barbara Simmons; and his brother Kurt Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Paula Simmons; his children, Kala Butler (Kevin) and Daniel Simmons (Brittany); his grandchildren, Drake, Hudson and Remi Simmons; his brother Ken Simmons (Lisa); his niece Heather Hudson; and his nephew Dylan Simmons. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
