She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Medlock and Loeta Medlock; and her siblings, John, Jesse and Jane Larson (Walter Wayne Whitehurst).
She is survived by: her husband Curtis Bacon; her daughter Beki Rappaport; her grandchildren, Connie Roberts and Danny Bacon; and her sister Jean Jones. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made on behalf of Deloris "Joan" Bacon's funeral expenses.
