He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Scheidt and Pauline Knorp Scheidt; his sons, Bradley and Matthew; and his sisters, Cathy Ann and Susan.
He is survived by: his niece Jenny; his cousin Judy Hurt (Maggie Weddle); his grandson Alec; his wife Mary Dolores of Sapulpa; his daughters, Amy Hefley (Heath) of Tulsa and Julie Schultz (Bruce) of Tulsa; his daughter-in-law Elena Stemple of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Abigail of Tulsa, Alexander Schultz of Tulsa, Cole of Tulsa, Sara Hefley of Tulsa and Mila Stemple of Tulsa; his brother-in-law Carl Dumsday of Hixson; his sisters, Sandra Scheidt (Georgia) of Atlanta and Vicki Hoopes (Jack) of Hanover; his nieces, Jennifer Granger of Clearwater and Mollie Hoopes of Hanover; and his nephew Justin Dumsday of Hixson.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made in Dave's memory to the St. Clement's Outreach in Bixby.
