He is survived by: his grandson Kolton David; his wife Daniele Dennison; his children, Alex (Fallon Dennison) and Lindsey Nicole (Bradley Hicks); his granddaughter Kristin; his father David Lewis Dennison, Sr. of Sapulpa, OK; his sister Jessica "Bunny" Dennison-Frazier of Sapulpa, OK; his nephew Jason Nathanial Dennison of Sapulpa, OK; his niece Chelsea Elizabeth Dennison of Tulsa, OK; and his granddaughter Lindsey Ellen Dennison of Sapulpa, OK.
