He is survived by: his children, Randy Posey (Cindy) of Paragould, AR, Rhonda McElhannon Holzer (Chris) and Danna Hubanks of Siloam Springs, AR.; his grandchildren, Matt Posey of Corning, AR, Jared Pose (Megan Posey) of Manilla, AR, Lindsay Mathis (Chris Mathis), Richard McElhannon (Leann), Katie Spencer (Stephen Spencer) of Guthrie, OK, Ashley Asencio (Steven Asencio) and Dallas Hubanks (Jenny Hubanks) of Rogers, AR; his great grandchildren, Brock Posey, Addelyn Posey, Olivia Mathis, Emily Mathis, Ethan Mathis, Kylie Jo McElhannon, Lily Ann McElhannon, Ella McElhannon, Silas McElhannon, Addisyn Wilson, Gracie Spencer, Isla Mae Spencer, Alexis Shadle, Jordan Shadle, Dakota Villines and Grace Asencio; his parent Raustus W. Posey (Zelma Evans Posey) of Shreveport, LA; his grandfather John Posey (Effie Posey) of Selma, AR; his siblings, Lee Posey, Billy Posey, Lawrence Posey, Clayton Posey, Earl Wesley Posey and Effie Posey Juanita Shea; and his caregivers, Kathy Goodman and Amanda Hakes. He is also survived by other relative and friends.
