She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Bassham and Molli Bassham; her siblings, Lucille Cole, Betty VanHorn, Maxine Herzer, Raydean Moon, Nancy McDaniels and Roy Bassham; and her son-in-law Tom Underwood.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Zac Henderson and Chance Belk; her children, Peggy (James Titus), Tony (Carolyn Belk), Christine Underwood (David) and Terri Belk; and her grandchildren, Shelly, Roger Henderson, Teresa, Mark Harper, Stacy, Gina Belk, Randy'Bear'Belk, Angie, Scott Pruitt, Vicki, Jason King, Dave Belk, Summer and Marc Brown.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Cleo Belk's name to the Porta Caeli House.
