He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Boren and Evelyn Boren (Long); his parents-in-law, Everett and Ella Horton; his brothers, Bobby Boren (Ann Boren) and Scottie Boren; and his siblings-in-law, Don Horton, Johnny Horton (Pauline), Ernie Barrett, Charles Boggs and Glenda Horton.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Boren; his siblings, Charles Boren (Linda) of Manny and Sharon Kay Davis (Larry) of Sapulpa; his siblings-in-law, Eldon Horton, Shirley Boggs and Doris Barrett; his nephew Preston Boren of Sapulpa; his niece Kelli Wilson (Chris) of Sand Springs; his grandchildren, Brittany Drake, Paige Boren, Emilee Chronister (Gabe) and Levi Wilson; and his great grandchildren, Georgia Clare Drake, Ave Jo Drake, Brantlee Chronister and Sadie Mae Drake. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Green Hill Funeral Home (400 E Teel Rd, Sapulpa, OK 74066). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
