He is survived by: his father Richard Willaby; his wife Victoria Kathleen Willaby (Slagle); his children, Anneliese Marie Willaby of Sapulpa, Hunter Alan Willaby of Sapulpa, Lincoln Lee Willaby of Sapulpa and Alexander Cole Willaby of Sapulpa; his sister Asia Watson (Micheal Watson); and his nephew Zayne Watson of Dallas. He is also survived by family members and friends.
