It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Wayne Southerland of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 27, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Beatrice Southerland and Client Southerland; his siblings, Billie Southerland, Mary Ellen Patterson and Elizabeth Fish; and his daughter Tracy Lynn Southerland.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Southerland; his daughter Brenda Conkling; his sons-in-law, Alan (Pamela Newell) and Darryl; his grandchildren, Bridget Southerland, Kendall Newell, Anthony Hurst and Stephanie Killingsworth; and his great grandchildren, Sienna, Adelyn, Jaxson Ryker, Asher, Kaitlyn Smith, Dalton Forrester, Ryan and Rylee Hurst. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Green Hill Funeral Home - Sapulpa (400 E Teel Rd, Sapulpa, OK 74066). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel - Sapulpa (400 E Teel Rd, Sapulpa, OK 74066).
