Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel (1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK 74066). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Smith Chapel (1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK 74066).
