She is survived by: her husband Sam Napier; her children, Tami Tygart (Darrell) of Grove, OK, Terri Carpenter (Cacy) of Sapulpa, OK and Dr. Michael Napier (Cindy) of Flora Vista, NM.; her grandchildren, Patrick Bruton (Melanie), Mindi McDougal (Robert), Sunnee Meek (Chance), Jayme Tygart, Markie Kirk (Andrew), Matthew Hoover, Cacy Lynn Buck (Jared), Chrissy DeClue (Andrew), Micah Jean Phelps (Ryan), Mich Napier (Tabetha) and Lieutenant Sterling Napier (Alexandra); her siblings, Agnes Blankenship, Linda Isham-Skaggs (Bill), Sharon Martin (Larry) and John E Clark, Jr. (Linda); and her sisters-in-law, Edith Clark and Debbie Clark.
