She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Isaac and Betty Isaac; her husband Gilbert Milton Simmons; her sister Dorothy Bookout; her grandsons, Jamie Simmons Chris Simmons and Chris Haggerty; and her great grandchild Isaac Munaná.
She is survived by: her children, Ned (Sheila Simmons), Mike (Pam Simmons), Tim (Teresa Simmons), Deanna Nabors and Peggy Simmons; and her siblings, Naomi Stewart (Jerry) and Bill Isaac (Terri). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 14 great, great grandchildren.
