She is survived by: her former husband Billy Dean Merritt of Elk City; her children, Cheryl Underwood-Lauder (Sherman) of Weatherford, OK and Kent Merritt of Sapulpa, OK; and her grandchildren, Shannon Welty (Todd) of Leedey, OK and Sean Estes (Jennifer) of Corn, OK. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and multiple beloved nieces and nephews.
