He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Curtis Smith, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Betsy Smith (Hodges); his wife Kathy Smith (Hough); his children, Brittany Rangel, Zachary Smith, Jr. (Emily), Zayne Smith (Hayven), Taylor Hohenfeldt (Derek) and Bailey Holsapple (Danny); his grandchildren, Landon, Logan, Lyla, Olivia, Kambri, Kaydence of Preston, D. J., William, Pharos and Ryzer; and his siblings, David Smith (Kelly), Gene Smith (Jennifer) and Shannon Smith.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Reach Church (1402 North 81st West Avenue, Sand Springs, OK 74063).
