He is survived by: his son Ryan (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Melanie Burns (Eric Ostermeier), Andrea Harrison (Arthur III), Julie Price (JC), Amanda Burns, Wren and Arthur IV; and his siblings, Sheri Howell, Melissa Mullins and Joe Mullins.
