It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Earl Howard of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, born in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lester Lee and Doris Ellen Howard (MacDonald); his wife Judy; his daughter Leslie Butts (Carl); his sister Virginia Lee Howard; and his grandchildren, Ramsey Buehler (Chris), Daniel, John, Elizabeth and Tyler Butts. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, gifts may be given to the Akdar Shrine Transportation Fund.
