With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John B. DesBarres of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 8, 2025 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John P. DesBarres. He is survived by: his mother Marion T. DesBarres; his wife Anne DesBarres; his children, Isabella and Alex; his stepson Aaron Marshall (Adrianna); his stepgrandchildren, Lane, Luke and Grampie; his stepdaughter Kate Marshall; his sister Cheryl Kane (Buddy); his nieces and nephews, Sean, Meaghan and Erin; his sibling Kim Ventimiglia (John); his nieces and nephews, JP, Carissa, Anna and Sofia; his brother Christopher DesBarres (Amanda); his nephew Jack; his nieces, Annie, Emma and Carolyn; and his stepmother Linda DesBarres. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and friends.
A rosary was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Holy Family Cathedral (122 W 8th St, Tulsa, OK 74119). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
