With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Freda Roberta Durham of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 14, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Freda Roberta leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Roberts and Leda Roberts (Rushing); and her husband Albert "Ab" Durham. She is survived by: her children, Teri Gean McLennan (Keith) of Tempe and Dirk Alan Durham (Stacy) of Vinita, Oklahoma; her grandsons, Sean Michael McLennan, Jon-Erik McLennan of Tempe and Cory West Durham (Shelby) of Vinita; and her great grandchild Kennedy Rae Durham of Vinita.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Nowata (408 S Pine St, Nowata, OK 74048). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
