He was predeceased by: his parents, Equilla Foutch (Cramer) and Ernest Foutch; his former wife Shirley; his brothers, Vic and Michael; and his great grandchild Adyn.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Jan Foutch of Oklahoma City, Cindy Langley (Mark) of Ft. Worth, TX, Tim Foutch (Jodi) of Bixby and Teresa Mossburg (Bill) of Sand Springs; his grandchildren, Alisha Hammons (Ryan), Michael Foutch, Brittney Pitts (Stormy), Casidey Foutch, Natasha Mossburg and Matthew Mossburg; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Tenley, Emalyn, Eastyn, Jordan and Bria.
