He is survived by: his children, Jacquelin Stefanek of Berryhill, OK and David (Kristi); his grandchildren, Lydia Robbins and Jax Stefanek of Augusta, KS.; his parents, Hank Stefanek of Mission, BC and Dawn Corey Johnson of Catoosa, OK; his brother Darren (Debbie) of Kellyville, OK; his niece Erica Stefanek of Sapulpa, OK.; and his brother Doug Stefanek (Heather) of Mission, BC. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
