He is survived by: his wife Connie Collins; his children, Jana Lyons (Steve Lyons) of Dallas, TX and Jeff (Teresa) of Mannford, OK; his brother Bob Collins (Judie) of Branson, MO; and his grandchildren, Roderick, Shciqueus, Jaylin Lyons of Dallas, Carson, Colton and Kellyn Collins of Mannford.
