She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Perkins of Sallisaw, OK; her stepchildren, Tammy Holmes of Sanford, N. C., Kathy Holmes of Sanford, N. C., Angie Holmes of Sanford, N. C. and Jerry W. Holmes of Sanford, N. C.; and her sisters, Bobbie Pascale of Shorterville and Tammy Norris of Shorterville, Alabama. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
