With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma (Philpot) Moulder of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 28, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Levita Mae Philpot (Ball) and Charles Richard Philpot; her husband Aaron Galveston "A. G." Moulder; her children, Dana Price and Danny Moulder; and her siblings, Charles Philpot, Hoyet Philpot and Doris Phillips.

She is survived by: her children, Dolores Lockhart of Muldrow, OK, Darla Strickland of Sallisaw, OK and Don Moulder of Sallisaw, OK; her grandchildren, Danny Moulder Jr., Jeff Price, Danielle Gower, Crystal McCawley, Denise Ruark, Eric Lockhart, Justin Strickland, Jacob Strickland, Misty Strickland, Andrew Cable and Jennifer Howard; and her brother Paul Philpot of Sallisaw, OK. She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
