He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Oliver (Hutchison) and John Calvin Oliver; and his siblings, Estelle Randolph, Opal Caughman, Maydell Newton, Adelle Long, Oradell Coffey, Jimmie, Charles, Johnny and Ralph Oliver.
He is survived by: his daughter Toni Gaither (Kris); his granddaughter Melani Crowson of Sallisaw, OK; his stepgrandsons, Schylar Gaither of Pocola, OK and Conner Gaither of Norman, OK; and his brother Donnie Oliver of Sallisaw, OK. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
