He is survived by: his mother Renee Douglas (Riley) of Sallisaw, OK; his close friend Lanni Douglas; his children, Shawn Schneider of Fort Snith, AR, Alicia Monaghan (Dustin), Ashley Douglas of Sallisaw, OK and Ethan Douglas of Sallisaw, OK; his grandchildren, Michelle Monaghan and Daniel Monaghan; and his siblings, Sabrina, John Douglas of Fort Smith, AR and Mike Douglas of Muldrow, OK.
