We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2022, at the age of 87, Shirley Colleen Dillard of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, born in Fonda, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Frederick Arthur Franzmeier and Elsa "Elsie" Caroline Emma Burmeister; her husband Johnny; her stepfather William Seehusen; and her great grandchild Trenton Steeley.
She is survived by: her children, Merlyn Dillard (Onna) of Sallisaw, Connie Allen (Steve) of Sallisaw, Rodney Dillard (Rhonda) of Ada, Randy Dillard of Sallisaw and John Dillard (Sheila Eppler) of Sallisaw; and her brother Merle Franzmeier (Judy) of Palmer, Iowa. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
