She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Smurthwaite of Decatur, TX, Amy Bleyl and Chris Corn (Sioux) of Sallisaw, OK; her stepson Greg Asbill of Sallisaw, OK; her grandchildren, Taylor Smurthwaite, Langley Smurthwaite and Drs; her great grandchildren, Enzo and Eli Saballa; her brother David Bruce (Carol); her son Lex Smurthwaite; and her sister-in-law Debbie Irby.
