It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Ray Woody (Sallisaw, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Woody and Alpha Belle Woody (Cullum); his wife Sharley Woody; and his siblings, Truman Fay Woody, James Raymond Woody, Elvin Floyd Woody, Bertha Lenore Coffman, Donna Alene Sixkiller, Ara Inez Quinton and Charlene Louiza Fields.
He is survived by: his son Charley Woody of Sallisaw; his siblings, Sidney Newton Woody of Choctaw, OK., Dewey Woody (Anne) of Cedarville, AR and Euna Jeannette Fields of Hanson, OK; and his sisters-in-law, Diane Pratt of Sallisaw and Judy England of Owasso. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
