He is survived by: his wife Debbie Cotner (Nix); his children, Jeanna Mae Cox of Sallisaw, OK and Nathan James Cotner of Kansas City, MO; his granddaughter Dakota; his great grandchildren, Marley and Mase; and his siblings, Beth Cunningham of Chickasha, OK and John Cotner of Oklahoma City, OK.
