He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Sullivan and Jessica Sullivan; his siblings, Payton, Paxton, Presleigh and Paislee Sullivan; his grandparents, Deanna, David Humphrey, Joanna and Leo Sullivan; and his great-grandparent Paul Brackett.
