He was predeceased by: his father Sam Keith; his grandson Deegan; and his son-in-law Michael Parish. He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Keith (Maddox); his wife Tawanna Keith (Caughman); his children, Brandi Brooks (Jason) of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Kim Parish of Sallisaw, Oklahoma and James Keith (Martha) of Sallisaw; his grandchildren, Jalee, Lexi, Coy, Gracie, Katie, Aiden, Addison, Aaron, Kayla James, Tagun and Willie; his great grandchildren, Lilly and Aiden; and his siblings, Rosalie Spencer (Terry) of Olive, Sami Mae West (Terry Don) of Henryetta, Oklahoma and William Ray Keith of Olive. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Agent & Mallory Martin Funeral Home (123 S Wheeler Ave, Sallisaw, OK 74955). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Brushy Cemetery.
