He is survived by: his wife Elaine Stephens (Jackson); his daughters, Ashley Bishop (Darren) of Edmond, OK and Linsey O'Field (Brian) of Durango, CO; the mother of his children Janna Long; his stepchildren, Brooke Roberts of Sallisaw, OK, Shea Humphrey (Samantha) of Jenks, OK, Jeff Humphrey of Sallisaw, OK and Chase Humphrey of Sallisaw, OK.; his grandchildren, Justice, Shay, Cash, Lane, Ava, Graceanne, Tommy III and Dylan; his great grandchild Tommy IV; and his siblings, Jerry Ann Crow of Oklahoma City, OK, Karen Fargo of Sallisaw, OK, Tonya Stephens of Sallisaw, OK and Dan Davenport of Muldrow, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
