He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Suzzann Douglas (Haugen) and Martin David Kidwell, Sr.; and his sister Sabrina Howe. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kidwell; his sons, Colt Kidwell of Sallisaw, OK and Jason Kidwell; his grandsons, Connally Waltermire, Kashton Austin and Levi Kidwell; and his siblings, Tena Holmes of Muldrow, OK, Stephanie Stevens of Harrah, OK and Scott Kidwell of Florida.
