She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Williams (Horn) and Marvin Worthean; her husband Herbert Odail Jeremiah; her son Freddie Jeremiah; and her brother Billy Joe Worthean.
She is survived by: her daughter Rita Gonzales; her son-in-law Larry of Houston, TX; her son Keith Jeremiah (Paula Yancy) of Fort Smith, AR; her grandchildren, Donna Cook of Fort Smith, AR, Rodney Jeremiah and Cena of Fort Smith, AR; her great grandchildren, Nathan Gordon and Carter Crawford; her great great grandchildren, Kendelle Gordon and Kynslee Gordon; and her sister Norene Stevenson of Sallisaw, OK. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
