It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynda (Crutchfield) Simmons of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 20, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lady Crutchfield (Sparks) and John Crutchfield; and her siblings, Mavis Luttrell, Mary Jo Hemphill, Pat Crowson and Luther Crutchfield.
She is survived by: her husband George Simmons; her sons, William Simmons of Sallisaw, OK, Josh Simmons (Sonya) and Geordi Simmons; her grandsons, Evan and Jaxon; and her brothers, Richard Crutchfield (Pam), John Crutchfield and Dean of Oolagah, OK. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
