She is survived by: her children, Debra Vance (Tony), Herbert R. Thomas (Florence), Gary D. Thomas (Cathie) and Randy Wade of Sallisaw, OK; her grandchildren, Chris, Eric, Mark, Dennis, Melissa, Steven, Bobby, Brian, Stephanie and Lauren; her great grandchildren, Noah, Kilee, Keagan, Zackery, Austin, Haley, Jace, Maria, Hannah, Felix and Leah; and her sisters, Sue Alberty of Tahlequah, OK, Pat Fourkiller of Stilwell, OK and Lucretia Grigsby of Stilwell, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
