She is survived by: her children, Dana Phillips (Allen), Jimmy Walker, Damona of San Antonio, TX and Franklin Lightfoot of Sallisaw, OK; her grandchildren, Misti, Mike, Nick, Haley, Dakota, Damon, Dylan, Bethany, Tristan, Lexi, Madison, Hannah and Logan; her brother Jerry Rust (Pat); the father of her children Edward "Doc" Lightfoot; and her close friends, Barbara Garrison and Iva Hines. She is also survived by her family and friends.
