He is survived by: his wife Geneva Lynn Poindexter (Fields); his son Eric Poindexter (Isaac); and his siblings, Jeanie Risenhoover of Sallisaw, OK, Lucy Poindexter of Drumright, OK, Vivian Bailey-Taylor of Sallisaw, OK, Ernest Poindexter of Sallisaw, OK and Neal Poindexter of Sallisaw, OK. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
