He was predeceased by: his parents, Diamond Joe and Pearl Melissa Lane Woodard; his former wife Mary Kay Edwards Woodard; and his siblings, Diamond Joe, Jr. (Marie), Ann Woodard Szulski (Pete) and Nancy Woodard Millsap.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Woodard; his daughters, Melissa Woodard Cloud (Charles) and Jennifer Woodard; his stepson Todd Brewer (Mona); his siblings, Shirley Woodard Crum (Don) and David Woodard (Rocio); and his grandchildren, Derek Brewer (Payge), Jessica Brewer Conway (Christopher), Christopher Cloud (Jessica) and Cody Cloud (Samantha). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
