He is survived by: his mother Janet Marie Scaggs (Salyers) of Poteau, OK; and his siblings, Pamela Diane Kemper of Tennessee and Garrett Gilkerson of Sallisaw, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
