He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his sons, Marty Phillips (Kimberly), Daniel Phillips (Toni) and Sammy Phillips (Haleigh); his grandchildren, Shannon Brooks, Tucker Phillips, Jessica Phillips, Lilly Phillips, James Phillips and Mateo Phillips; his great grandchild Jordyn; and his sisters, Kristi Walker (Paul), Erna Reeves (Cris) and Betty Jo Stover (Jim). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
