He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Marie Phillips (Woods) and John Boekeloo MacDonald; and his brothers, Mickey MacDonald and Jeff MacDonald. He is survived by: his wife Sheila C. MacDonald (Whalen); his children, Sue Jackson (Stoney) and Johnny MacDonald (Deanna); and his brother Patrick MacDonald of Sallisaw, OK. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
