He was predeceased by: his parents, Imogene Johnson (Duvaul) and Andrew Johnson; and his siblings, Sheila Johnson, Randy and Ronnie Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Joseph Andrew Johnson (Bobbie); his granddaughters, Asia Andrew Johnson of Sallisaw, OK and Ashton Arvoleen Johnson of Sallisaw, OK; his great grandchild Rosalee Andrew Booker; and his siblings, Susie Johnson of Sallisaw, OK and Albert Johnson of Gans, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
