He is survived by: his wife Cynthia D. Rogers; his sons, Jeremy Dale Rogers of Tulsa, OK and Jerry Dewayne Rogers (Angie); his grandchildren, Skylar Dewayne Rogers and Cody Allen Rogers; and his siblings, Patsy Miller of Sallisaw, OK, Phyllis Stephenson (Roy), Dwight Rogers, Zoella of Sallisaw, OK and Ronnie Rogers (Cindy). He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
