She is survived by: her husband Terry Needham; her son Christopher Fowler of Sallisaw, OK; her grandchildren, Storm'e Ortega (Jesse), River Weddle (Colt) and Breez'e Fowler of Liberty; her great grandchildren, Colter Ortega, Meadow Ortega, Forrest Ortega and Haven Russell; and her siblings, Cathy Koonce (Scott Bradley), Johnny Koonce (Cordia) and Calvin Koonce (Tammy). She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
