He was predeceased by: his parents, Vina Holmes (Camplin) and Charles Leonard Holmes; his son Tommy McCleod; and his siblings, Iretta, Charles Bud Holmes and George Holmes.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann McCleod; his children, John Holmes of Sallisaw, OK, Scott Holmes of Sallisaw, OK and Shawnna Sallee (Joel); his grandchildren, Matthew, Madison, Anabelle, Abbey, Marshall, Mariah, Kody and Kaitlynn; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Hudson, Willa James and Emery. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
