She was predeceased by: her parents, J. E. Caughman and Sylvia Caughman; her husband Billy Carrol Henry; and her siblings, Bob, Jody, James, Charles Caughman (Chock), Wanda Hartley and Lahoma Dotson.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Phil (Laura Henry) of Sallisaw, Sherrel Henry of Sallisaw and Sheila (Mack Crittenden) of Stilwell; her grandchildren, Chanisty Henry, Sidney Henry of Sallisaw, Shawnda Wear (Jonathan) of Van Buren, AR, Mackenna Vanderheiden (Nathan) of Centerton, AR and Mackaylee Crittenden of Stilwell; her great grandchildren, Joshton Henry, Brendon Copeland, Madicynn Keaton, Grant Wear (Lydia), Emilee Wear and Ellie Vanderheiden; and her siblings, Wayne Caughman, Jack (Pam Caughman), Lyndell (Jill Caughman) and Brenda McDaniel (Jack). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
