She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella Sunagoowie (Cumsey) and Jack Sunagoowie; her husband Mark Spurgeon; her children, Sandra Mason, Elaine Leaf and Nelson Leaf; and her siblings, Betty Leaf, Geneva Sovo, Tex and Johnnie Ray Sunagoowie.
She is survived by: her children, Nola Cheryl Toon of Sallisaw, OK and Jimmy Leaf, Jr. of Sallisaw, OK; her grandchildren, Ryan, Sandi, Raven, Donnie, Hannah and Amelia; her great grandchildren, Cannon, Cory, Lillian and Maverick; and her siblings, Irene Stockard of Notchietown, OK, Esther Pearman of Hutchinson, KS and Rev. Jack Sunagoowie, Jr. of Broken Arrow, OK. She is also survived by Numerous other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
