He was predeceased by: his parents, Terry Booher and Minnie Booher. He is survived by: his daughter Eileen; his wife Barbara; his sister Christine Fields; and also, Eileen, Mark, Sandy and Lou. He is also survived by children, grand children, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and by many friends.
