She was predeceased by: her parents, Mellie Elsie Reed (Ussrey) and George Bate Reed; and her siblings, Marian Doris Goodwin (Reed), Mary Lois Risenhoover (Reed), Margaret Ann Ward (Reed) and George "Doyle" Reed.
She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Jacobs of Sallisaw, OK; her grandchildren, Jade Griffith, Chris of Sallisaw, OK and Daniel Jacobs of Muskogee, OK; and her great grandchildren, Tre Obregon of Lake Charles, LA and Jackson Obregon of Sallisaw, OK. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
